Green Thoughts Consulting is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and most in-person work happens within a few hours' drive of it. North and west, that means the south side of Nashville, including Murfreesboro and Manchester, and Cookeville and the middle of the state between Nashville and Knoxville. Up I-75 it means Cleveland and Athens on the way to Knoxville. South into Georgia it means Dalton, Rome, Cartersville and Acworth. West into Alabama it means Huntsville and Madison, Gadsden, and the north side of Birmingham.
Within that radius we meet in person when a project calls for it: a discovery session for a process or AI question, a working session at the start of a rebuild, a walk through a practice to see how patients actually arrive. Most of the work in between happens by phone, video and email, with the monthly follow-up every client gets.
Consulting does not need a drive. We consult remotely anywhere in the Southeast, and several clients in the portfolio have never been in the same room as Jeff. For search, go-to-market and process work, the method is the same from a distance.
What we are not taking is new local work in Florida, North Carolina or South Carolina. The portfolio includes sites in the Carolinas, but we are not seeking new local clients there.
