Everything published here, including the writing, the photographs of Jeff Green and the firm's own image series, belongs to Green Thoughts Consulting Corp unless stated otherwise. You may read it, link to it and quote short passages with attribution. Reproducing a page or an article in full, or using the images, requires our written permission. Ask by email; we will usually say yes.
Not professional advice
The case studies, field notes and service pages describe how we work and what we have learned from specific engagements. They are written for a general reader and are not advice for your situation. Nothing on the site creates a consulting engagement; that happens only through a written scope or agreement we both sign. Do not rely on something you read here as the answer to your own problem without talking to us or to another qualified adviser first.
Client sites and outside links
The Work page and some articles link to websites we built or worked on. Those sites belong to their owners, who may have changed them since we last worked on them. We are not responsible for their content or for any other outside site we link to. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points to.
Forms and booking
When you send a form or book a call, you give us your name, contact details and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call, and for nothing else. The booking page is run by Google Calendar under its own terms. Our Privacy page says what we keep and for how long. Please do not send confidential information through the form; wait until we have agreed to work together.
The site as it is
The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise it will be without errors or available at every moment, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or of anything linked from it, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept the change.
