What Green Thoughts Consulting collects through this website, and what we do with it.
The short version: we use what you send us to answer you. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

What we collect
When you send a form
We only get what you type in. Each form asks for:
- Request form: Name, Email, Phone, Your website, What are you working on.
With each form we also record the page you sent it from and the time.
When you browse
Like every website, the servers that deliver this site (Cloudflare) handle technical details such as your IP address and browser type so pages load and the site is protected from attacks. We don't use them to identify you.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from automated spam. It checks signals from your browser when you use a form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed most. It uses cookies and collects information like your device type and approximate location, not your name. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
- To answer your request: calling or emailing you back about it.
- To send you one automatic email confirming we got your message.
- To keep a record of our conversation, as any business does.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
Forms are delivered to our team by email and saved in a secure Google spreadsheet. The emails are sent through Brevo, an email delivery service, and our website manager can see form entries to keep the forms working. These companies handle your information only to deliver it to us, not for their own use.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
To see what we have about you, or to correct or delete it, email [email protected] or call (423) 212-6818. You never have to use a form: you can always call instead.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page.
